A: The beer is hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving narrow collar around the edge and a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of orange peel are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of coriander towards the finish. Wheat also becomes noticeable as the beer begins to warm up.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This witbier is very easy to drink and has a nice dose of orange peel and coriander.
Serving type: can

Pours a hazy orange color, looking more cloudy and yellow in the glass. A a large foam head soon dissipates and leaves a thick ring of lacing. The carbonation is visible.
Aromas of orange peel and coriander, very typical for the style. I also detect notes of banana and freshly baked wheat bread.
The taste aligns with the aroma, with tangy flavors of orange dominating and gently spiced with coriander. A soft, doughy and sweet malt base is comprised of wheat and oats, and contrasted with lightly peppery spices.
Light to medium bodied with a soft and smooth mouthfeel. The finish is smooth and semi dry with notes of citrus and a modest lingering bitterness. The carbonation is moderate.
Solid Witbier. I would have again.
