DDH IPA
In a city full of pigeons, we must “bird up” to stand out. They say “birds of a feather flock together”, I say flock that! Be the bird that everyone loves and loves to hate. Spread your wings, break norms and bird the flock up!

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose - lime seems to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of floral hops and a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied, juicy and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes like a hybrid between between an American IPA and a New England IPA. It is very easy to drink.
