A collaboration between Greenpoint And Craft + Carry. A Supremely Crushable West Coast IPA. Brewed with uber fresh Citra, Simcoe and Centennial hops, this IPA is bursting with notes of white grapefruit, citrus zest and resinous pine. A grist consisting of 2-Row wheat and a touch of rye provide malty backbone. Pleasantly bitter and balanced.

Looks great on the pour....bright hazy orange glow, with big cloudy head and ample lace. Nose is orange, grapefruit and piney hops. Taste follows, sweet fruit start and pine finish, with mild bitterness. Medium carbonation and normal (6%) ABV.
A nice West Coast sipper!

Pours a clear golden color. A modest foam head retains well.
In the beginning, I don't get many hops aromatics, perhaps a touch of orange and grass. However, later on I detect aromas of pine, grapefruit, lime and a touch of sourdough and wheat bread.
A firm malt backbone, bready, wheaty and with a touch of caramel, supports classic WC hops flavors. Notes of grapefruit, pine, grass, lemon and lime.
Medium bodied with a mostly smooth mouthfeel. The finish is dry with some resiny bitterness. Carbonation is moderate.
Nice WC IPA. I would have again.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy amber yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down a bit but never completely faded away and also left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of citrusy hops - orange stands out in particular - are present in the nose along with hints of pine.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional of grapefruit citrus, with the hints of pine mostly being in the finish. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a classic West Coast IPA and drinks quite easily.
