From a bottle in Edinburgh.
A good IPA that doesn't smell quite as good as it tastes.
The flavor is les bitter and herbal than th aroma suggests.
Moderate bitterness is about average for an American IPA (which is what the brewer is probably aiming for).
More than acceptable amount of malt balance given that this is a WHITE IPA.

330 ml brought back from N.Ireland by my daughter. Not widely available in the Republic. A white IPA as per the label but a light golden colour with little head retention. Hops according to the label are Motueka, Stella, Galaxy and Citra but with a nice citrus zingness.

330ml Bottle from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow (£2.60):
This one was a surprisingly good beer and reminiscent of another favourite Christmas beer of mine, Hoppy Christmas from Brewdog in that it definitely does not seem at all like a Christmas beer, certainly not in the traditional sense at least but it is still an excellent beer. There was plenty of hops and topical fruits to this one with a solid, bitter taste throughout that helped it down well; this one would be enjoyable at any time of year.

Bottled and part of a mixer case from the brewery
Big hops a swirling mixture of pineapple, citrus & menthol
that leads to an intensely bitter finish
NICE!
