On cask at Redlight Redlight in Orlando, FL
Look: Slightly cloudy gold. Two fingers of thick, creamy white head with endless retention.
Smell: Hoppy at first, with some orange peel notes. Slightly floral.
Taste: Hop-heavy but only mildly bitter. Piney and floral.
Mouthfeel: Full body with absolutely minimal carbonation.
Overall: Cask-conditioned beers are always an experience. This would be a big draw for IPA folks.
