Bright yellow body that even a gentle pour produces a massive fluffy white head. Head slowly fades with nice retention.
Aroma is a great balance of sweet citrusy yeast, clove, and banana. Slightly tart.
Tastes very similar to the smell. Perfect balance of sweetness, clove, and banana. Sweet bready yeast and some clove linger long after the sip. Taste is very light, refreshing, and tart.
This is a classic example of a hefe. Weihenstephaner has always been my benchmark beer for this style, but I'm telling you that this is pretty damn close. Clean, crisp, tart, and refreshing.. Could drink this all day.
