Triple dry hopped with Citra and El Dorado, this juicy beauty was developed to master the balance between a massive amount of flavor and aromatics with the need for sessional drinkability. The combination of Barley, Wheat, Oats and massive amount of dry hopping give this hazy east coast inspired IPA its distinct fruity aroma and flavor that is hard to resist.

On draught at a restaurant in Saxapahaw, North Carolina. It pours an opaque, pale yellow color with a thick, fluffy, eggshell-colored head and spotty lacing. The smell offers bright lemon and grapefruit; it's a strong aroma. The taste opens with tart lemon, grapefruit, and a hints of barley, wheat, and oats. The Citra hops provide the strong fruity notes while the El Dorado hops add a firm but balanced bitterness. This ale is lite and crisp with a pleasant level of carbonation and it's highly drinkable at 5.5% ABV. I drank it outdoors on a hot, humid summer's day and it really hit the spot.

My bestie from Charlotte, NC gave me a can of this beer. It poured a hazy yellow with very thin....essentially non existent white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had melon notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with melon and subtle berry hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
