Cloudy, light orange appearance. Grassy/hay/floral aroma, very assertive. Wheat with more grassy/floral notes on palate...delicious fresh taste. Typical wheaty mouthfeel...light and soft. Very drinkable and takes on some more fruitiness as it warms a bit and the esters (english yeast) become more evident. Head retention is poor for a wheat beer, but I'm nit-picking. Nice beer.
