Bottle from a Coop in Stockholm. Pours a clear light yellow golden with a finger bet of rocky white head that’s sticks around, nice lacing; smell is multi-grain bread, toasted wheat bread, funky sour cereal grains, hint of grass; taste is muted doughy sourdough wheat bread, oats, mild funky sweetness on the finish, just a whisper of grassiness; feel is light to thin bodied, mild carbonation, mildly sweet finish. This beer has a nice nose but is subtler in the palate and a missing some crispness, still pleasant and easy to drink.
