500ml canned by hand at the brewery
Red body with a pinkish head that is very vigorous at opening then becomes a calm lake with some bubbles going up in light geysers.
Nose of lactobacillus, kiwi, yogourt, small red berries.
Well balanced tartness, with a refreshing finish, a nice summer beer for sure.
Her high carbonization helps to get some more body, it keeps a nice sparkling feeling on the tongue, doesn't feel too watery for 3.8%
