Traditional German wheat ale that is kettle soured for a tart flavor profile with a thirst quenching finish. Refreshingly light-bodied this beer is great year-round.

On tap at Whole Foods Bedford.
Hazy light golden/ deep yellow with a small but fleeting bubbly white head. Tart lemony nose with sweet berry and just a hint of sulfur. Tart puckering lemony berry flavor. Pretty nice use of strawberry in a sour ale.
