Traditional German wheat ale that is kettle soured for a tart flavor profile with a thirst quenching finish. Refreshingly light-bodied this beer is great year-round.

From the 12 oz. can dated 9/27/17. Sampled on October 3, 2017.

The pour is a kind of foggy olive-amber with a quick burst of white fizzy head that fades abruptly.

The aroma screams a sour and wild with a tart, sour, zingy, and overripe fruit character. Underneath that I pick up a kind of buttery yeasty breadiness.

Thin, light body.

The taste is most definitely a pucker-up sourness with a lingering sour, tart finish. Kind of refreshing but its hard to get around that sour fruitiness.
