From a 16 oz. can sampled on Oct 31, 2020.

Attractive golden pour with a modest white head. Reasonable clarity.

The aroma is dank and piney with just a hint of booze.

Medium or better mouthfeel. Smooth.

The taste is more hopped up than sweet and the booze tends to be slightly warming at the end. Not bad.

Canned 5/5. Gift from @SawDog505. Hazy gold, mild lacing. Slightly bitter and hoppy citrus on the nose. Bitter, slight juiciness on the taste with a zesty lemon flavor. Medium bodied, slightly mouth watering, clean. Not bad, but not very big in any sort of way.

Review based on fresh-from-tap at source. Pours a hazy golden with a fairly dense cap that persists. Bright citrus and pine on the nose. Flavor follows with some bitter notes and finishes slightly dry. Mouthfeel is fairly smooth. This is a small step up from their standard IPA.

NOTE: This one does not age well. Canned 2019-12-16, just over a month old, and all the hoppy goodness from DDH is gone, beer is clear, and flavors more earthy and herbal. WAY better fresh.

Poured from a 16oz can dated 08/27/19 to a nonic.
Nice golden hazy body below a pillowy head that laces nicely.
Aroma is mild peach.
Taste is off putting. Can't quite put my finger on the off taste- Mild medicinal, some cardboard, finish is similar to the worst part of orange pith.
Mouthfeel is appropriate.
I am going to attribute the issues to the age of this can. Maybe I will get to try a fresher one.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Long Ridge Wine and Spirits for about fourteen dollars. My third brew from these guys. Nice brew, at an attractive price point, would get again.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass.

Pours a cloudy golden straw color with 2 fingers of effervescent white head. The head leaves a few spots of clingy lacing as it settles into a thin sheet.

The aroma brings notes of grapefruit and tangerines upfront, followed by some orange creamsicle. The back end is earthy and herbaceous with a hint of pine.

The flavor is very pithy and citrusy, bringing notes of grapefruit and orange rind, followed by a touch of lemon zest. There's an herbaceous note in the middle, like basil, finished off by some bready malt and pine.

The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Relatively creamy and smooth. Exceptionally drinkable.

Overall, not quite the OG IPA from Stoneface but it's definitely a worthy contender. The high drink ability is what makes this beer. Not too many 7.2 crushers out there but here we go.
