Sneaky delicious IIIPA bursting with pineapple and citrus from large additions of Galaxy, Amarillo and Idaho 7 hops. A touch of lactose creates a soft, enjoyable finish.

From a 16oz can, dated 05/16/23. Served in a Stoneface-branded cervoise.
Pours a thick-appearing, cloudy dull orange with a scant finger of head. Retention is unremarkable, leaving a rousable spatter of slippery lacing.
Aroma is fruity and floral. Aroma of orange oil and carnations.
Taste is dense, dank and fruity. Flavours of pineapple, grapefruit juice, oily orange peel, apricot and melon. A mildly boozy finish with a flowery aftertaste.
Feel is thick and juicy, medium-plus bodied, brightly carbonated and with a comfortable boozy smoulder in the gullet.
Overall, bigger and boozier than my usual fare perhaps but, with the 10% abv printed right there on the can label, obviously I knew what I was getting. A little heavier out of the can than the draught pours I enjoyed at the brewery. As triples go, it’s pretty damn fine, dense and flavorful with nice citric bitterness and not too much sweetness.

Had a couple of 12oz pours ($8.00) of this yesterday (09DEC20) during a Stoneface visit.
It was a bright, rich, medium-golden color, with a touch of haze. Had a fine, thin, off-white head with solid lacing. Aroma had a boatload of tropical fruit, like mango, papaya and pineapple. It was easily medium-plus in the body category, and passed quite smoothly down the hatch.
Tasted sweetish in rich in citrus. had loads of fruit - wow! Apricot, melon, pineapple... etc. Was earthy and dank, while also being a touch boozy and warming. Solid! I rank it up there with similar Triple IPAs like Backyard Power Throuple and Kettlehead 1.103 (#3). Prosit!!

Poured into a 16 oz can shaped pint glass, canned 7/07/20. Pours a very hazy dark yellow with a 2 plus finger head that leaves a bunch of webby lace as it slowly settles. 4.5
Smell is ripe melon, guava, mango, marijuana, apricot, and some pink grapefruit rind. 4.5
Taste follows cantaloupe, guava, mango, marijuana, apricot, and grapefruit really well balanced and bold. 4.5
Mouthfeel is big, soft gentle carbonation, a tad sticky but not dry, and at 11% ABV it goes down very easy, but is loaded with flavor. 4.75
Overall this is a very impressive NETIPA that is bold and extremely easy drinking. Really a special beer. 4.5 Cheers all.

Went to Stoneface earlier today to grab some of this and their Toobz NEDIPA, and I have to say, this one is very impressive, probably even moreso than the other beer I grabbed. Though the ABV is a little bit above what I'd prefer for this style (10% is a good cap, ain't it?), I have to admit it does the job well and stands up there with some of the better versions of TIPA I've had!
Pour is an opaque, deep, medium orange color with great head retention measuring about a half-finger after several minutes in my glass. Legs are great, and lace, in particular, is spectacular. This just has an absolutely awesome collar of lacing; consistent and tiered, with no dissipation in sight. This is great considering the previous beer I just reviewed from these guys didn't fare well in this category... good to see it's not a consistent thing with their new batches.
Okay, so this features Galaxy, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops, eh? The nose is surprisingly grainy with a fun floral/citrusy component I'm just going to assume has to do with the Amarillo addition. Seriously, this falls out of the can with a rose and lavender aspect that melds super well with the tropical aspects of I7 and Galaxy. I'm getting passion fruit, rose hips, fresh-cut grass, delicate melon, and tangelo here with some lighter notes of papaya and guava. A lot going on, for sure; this is not holding back on how intensely they hopped it. As it warms, a touch of chive/green onion, earthy dankness, and an almost rye-like spice peeks out.
First sip is heavily tropical-biased with a strong current of passion fruit and ripe mango running through it, playing well with the funky citrus and light spice notes I detected from the nose. Idaho 7 continues to evade easy classification, but here I'd say it really contributes some earthy aspects, a touch of melon, and a pinch of the tannic oddities it's known to bestow. The lactose addition is pretty even-handed and doesn't interfere with the recipe, which is a huge boon to this beer. Sure, it drinks pretty strong but it never really feels like an overly-strong beer, and for that I am thankful. It's not too sweet or oddly-balanced either, making it quite a great triple IPA if I do say so myself.
About halfway through the can, it becomes a sipper that really begs to be savored, displaying complex/enhanced elements of chive, earthy spice, florals, tangelo, passion fruit, mango, papaya, and pine resin. This is quite a fun, rewarding, and endearing drink that I am very glad to have picked up a four-pack of. Now if only it were distributed so I didn't have to drive an hour to get it. I will say the price was awesome, though... this was $15 for a four pack, which is cheaper than most hazy DIPAs and yet it clocks in at over 10% ABV. 2020 is wild. Vote Stoneface.
