Picked up a single 16oz can yesterday at Stoneface while I was in the area.... cost was $4.25.
Poured into a Tributary sniftah, it's a dense, opaque black color. No clue as to carbo within, but the head is tan, creamy and fine, sitting steadily at 1/4". Lacing is a bit on the light side. Aroma is inviting, with a nice blend of dark choco, cocoa and black treacle. Body is easily medium-plus, and the feel on the tongue is silky smooth.
Flavor has more choco and dry cocoa powder. Has some subtle roasty action, and hints of smokiness. The finish is a touch on the bitter side, with some earthy hopping making an appearance. Tasty, though I wish it had more sweetness. Prosit!!
