Can into Pint Glass (Canned 4/29/26)
Look: slightly cloudy, dark-golden body, pouring just shy a finger of off-white, creamy head. Dissipated somewhat quickly to a thin cap
Smell: Bright lemon zest, grassy hops with a hint of resin, biscuity malt. Medium-weak strength. Much like a lemon shandy
Taste: Lemon zest, and some grass clippings. Lightly resinous bitterness. Toasty cracker malt, that’s a little sweet. This mellows out in the finish with some of the lemon coming back and some orange pith. Some danky astringent aftertaste
Feel: medium ish body, moderate carbonation, smooth texture
Overall: Lose the nose, but the taste is a bit of a let down
