Poured from the tap at the Carolina Ale Works in Columbia, SC into a pint glass. This is a pretty good summer wheat variant from River Rat. It has a nice slightly murky golden color with a thick but small white head. It has a nice wheat flavor that is nice on a hot summer day. The beer is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. I would drink this beer again if in the mood for a summer wheat.
