from Charlotte, NC whom got it from a beer of the month club mixed pack. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had dank ripe fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with dank mild citrus fruit base and gentle bitter hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

This looks, smells and tastes true to style (NEIPA) with a cloudy yellow straw colored body, a pungent fruity-hop aroma, and plenty of fruity hop flavor. It seems a bit milder and more drinkable than the average, current version of the style.
Feel: medium body with medium-light carbonation.

If had to drink one River Rat beer, this would be it. Lots of yummy citrus flavor.
