It's named after the wife of a Patriot general during the Revolutionary War who burned her fields of wheat in order to prevent the British Army from harvesting it. This American-style wheat ale is a true expression of the wheat malt used. It has a thirst quenching bready character and a mild yeasty nose.

Schuyler's American Wheat pours a clean gold color, with a small head. Light and sweet aroma. The flavor is lighter, with sweet citrus notes and just a few other fruits. Good feel.

Grahm crackers! This beer looks smells, tastes and feels like grahm crackers! Well, except for the feels part maybe.. It was a bit lighter in body than I expected for the amount of bready sweetness. Good beer, but not something I'd want to drink all the time.
