Really tasty and hit the spot. Would I write home about it? No. Does it do the style justice? Yes. Does the day I just had potentially factor into my enjoyment? Absolutely.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY. I'm not sure if this is a series, if it is- this is the Nelson version.
This one pours a slightly hazed dark orange, with a small head and a little bit of lacing.
Smells like passionfruit, sweet grape jam, mango, and grapefruit.
This is a wonderful Nelson bomb. There's a ton of exotic tropical wonderfulness here, with mostly passionfruit and sweet candied white grapes, with some mango, grapefruit and tangerine as well, with a hint of weedy bitterness on the finish.
This has a pretty fluffy mouthfeel, with good level of carbonation. It's very drinkable.
Gun Hill pretty quietly makes some wonderful beers.
