A salivary gland surge! Subtly sweet and sour, dripping with hop derived fruit flavors of soft pineapple, overripe passion fruit, and zippy grapefruit. Brewed with unmalted wheat and lactose. Best drink fresh!

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving small specks of bubbles on the surface and a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sour passionfruit and grapefruit zest are present in the nose.
T: The taste is mostly sour with flavors of pineapples and notes of passionfruit. Some lactose also becomes noticeable after the beer is warmed up.
M: It feels light-bodied, a bit creamy and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is extremely easy to drink and is packed with lots of interesting and aromas considering its light body and low alcohol content. It is perfectly sessionable.
