This beer pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a half finger, fizzy white head that disappears pretty quickly and leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass.
Smell is lychee, grapefruit, watermelon jolly rancher, citrus pith, and bit acidic lemon tartness.
Taste is the same. Very bright and colorful. My one complaint is that the candied watermelon is very sweet and combined with the pithy bitterness it seems to mask the tart flavors. 2.5/10 on the pucker scale.
Feel is medium bodied with lots of carbonation. This is the only place that the lactose is apparent to me because I was expecting a very prickly, tongue tickling finish, but instead it was completely rounded out and silky smooth. Almost juice like.
Overall this is a pretty cool and interesting beer, but it has some faults. The beer really lacks any punch as the sweetness overpowers the tart flavor and the lactose completely rounds out the feel.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving lots of specks of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lychee fruit and are present in the nose along with some hints of watermelon (which I presume to be from the prickly pear cactus fruit), the latter of which becomes stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste is mostly dominated by sour flavors of lychee fruit. There is a light to moderate amount of sourness
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, a little tart, and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: For a wild ale, this beer isn't really that sour and has nice aromas and flavors of fruit. It could make for a good selection during the summertime.
