Hops: Centennial, Crystal, Mosaic

Two different dry hop additions spin tropical fruit, citrus, and herbaceous aromas. Juicy mango, pineapple, along with zesty grapefruit, and creamsicle. Flush with hop flavor, dice on the mirror.

poured from a pint can purchased at the brewery 1/15/20, no date . Apricot orange color with a nice 1/2 in of foam leaving thin lacing. Nose is of the Mosaic hops. As noted by others the taste is a unique blend of herbs and lime, mango. Medium body and a tart finish. Enjoyable and I’d buy it again.

Clear golden; crisp ivory head and sultry lacing. Stone fruit, lime popsicles, herbal medicine aroma. Med-full body and nearly chewy. Lightly toasted malt taste, grass, honeydew, herbal fruit.

A: The beer is clear amber yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of stone fruit are present in the nose along with hints of lime citrus.
T: The taste has flavors of limes and mangos along with notes of herbal hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has an interesting balance of citrusy, tropical fruit, and herbal hops.
