Collaboration with Urban Village Brewing Company
We bounced some ideas off the crew at Urban Village and came up with a brew that is downright sea breezy, bright, and wheaty. Crisp malt character props layers of fresh strawberries and white peach. Light body and a snappy finish.
Hops: Belma, Centennial, and Meridian
Fruit: Apricot and Strawberry purees

-Ipa with strawberry and apricot.
A: Pale and brassy-gold color with a standard white head quickly dissolves. Slowly rising carbonation fills the vessel along with some suspended goodies floating about in a slight foggy haze.
S: Fresh apricot and peach fruit cup on the nose with a fresh and wet approach. Watermelon and strawberry freshness with average intentions.
T: Flavor of strong peaches, apricot juice and watermelon. Juicy fruitiness, citrusy, along with some strawberry and grapes. A dryness of grains, straw like, along with hints of pineapple and apple slices.
M: Medium body, nice carbonation texture. A crisp dryness, champagne, brut ipa like.
O: A fresh and fruity nose has some bright wet flavors, that finishes with a crisp and dry brut ipa like finish. Nice spectrum of flavors.

A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color and has slight bits of whitish hues. It poured with a short bright white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of peaches and strawberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with light to moderately strong flavors of peaches and finishes with notes of strawberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and is somewhat dry on the mouthfeel with faint bits of juiciness.
O: I liked the delicate balance of peaches and strawberries in the smell and taste of this beer.
Serving type: crowler
