Collaboration with Big aLICe Brewing Co.
I know, right? Fruit-forward hazy rules the day. That is where you'll find this brew. Halfway between hippee dancing with hula hoops, and checking your Instagram for boss pours. Powdered citrus tang, floral out the wazoo, and mojito fuse time. A mixed medley of herbs, spices, and citrus harmonize to mimic traditional, and neo-traditional American hops. Big thanks to Big Alice for helping us mind our mind gap.
Herbs and Spices: chamomile, lemon balm, white sage, lavender, coriander, mugwort, juniper berries, elecampane, rosemary
Fruit: grapefruit, blood orange, tangerine, and apricot purée

T: The taste follows the smell and has strong flavors of herbs.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked all of the aromas and flavors of herbs in this beer.
