This hazy, dense double dry-hopped IPA is packed with tropical fruit flavors and balanced out with a blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Eureka Hops.

Poured cold from a 16-ounce pounder into a straight-sided mug. Sample was approximately two months past the canning date. This was a bit of a gusher, with so much carbonation that it almost foamed out of the can. A center pour yielded a glass full of sudsy white head that eventually settled, leaving a hazy yellow body with the appearance of orange juice. Bright aromas of grapefruit, orange, mango, and pineapple, with notes of pine resin and light caramel. A nice floral overtone rounds out the profile. These characteristics are prominent on the palate as well, along with some alcohol heat and lots of pleasant bitterness. The finish is quite dry, without any lingering sweetness. Grab this one while you can!
