A: The beer is somewhat hazy amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that left lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of biscuit and toasted malts are present in the nose along with hints of spicy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of toasted malts are somewhat stronger and also contribute a slight amount of sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: While this beer is mostly dominated by the malts in the smell and taste there is a good amount of underlying hops to help prevent this from being that sweet.
