Hazy Pale Ale with Amarillo, Cashmere & Meridian hops.
A: Bright and hazy appearance of golden rod color had a soapy and dull stone white capping with a spongey textured surface. Carbonation is dense and strong while very little lace remained behind on the vessel walls. Capping fades after a short weak hold to a washy topping.
S: Sweet berry and tropical punch like aroma. Pineapple citrus and fresh melon was wet along with some peaches. Background sourness of lemon of good strength. The overall impression was one of fruit punch, think Hi-C like with a finish of green melon and cantaloupe rounding out.
T: The flavor was tropical pineapple and breakfast green melon upfront. A semi-dry herbal citrus peel dryness follows along with semi-tart lemon and dried lime peel. Has a spicy peach, fruit punch like flavor with a faint berry-tropical fade. Wet breadiness for backbone with some spicy herbal hops. Overall some distinguished flavors that stand out with a strong, fresh wet presence.
M: Nice fullness on the mouthful, squishy, wet bready malt feel with a sharp carbonation factor that was very tingly around the tongues edges and cheeks.
O: Overall a fresh hi-c like fruity punch flavored pale with a good deal of fresh hoppiness that borders on ipa level. Dank tropical citrus with melon base flavor and a dank herbal hop bitterness for balance. Dank appearance, nice fresh wet nose and varied flavors makes this a thristy pale ale worhty of a try. A new england pale style.
