great combination of simcoe and mosaic hops / had this beer in Dec 2019 checked my notes and i rated it a hoppy smooth beer / had ordered this from Craft Shake . and because of their description i ordered two cans - a but a month later went to put the second can in the frig and the top exploded open in my hand - almost right after this Craft Shack sent me a email to be careful thecan may explode - i sent them back a picture of the can and they gave me credit on my next order ( i kept a copy of the picture on my phone)

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/18/2019. A recalled over carbonated batch, so I will review accordingly. A slow pour. Pours very hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large capo that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on on the finish. Slight yeast tang/tartness. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 9.1%, or lingering hop burn after the finish. Overall this is an excellent NEDIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish; great soft feel. Awesome Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Mosaic profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin/carbonation dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. No complaints! Definitely not infected, but needed some time to degas itself. Worth the wait.
