Slightly hazy, yellow color. Big, white hed. Grain, crackers, and herbal hops are in the aroma. Crisp taste with a good balance of malt and hops. Really enjoyed this one.

A: The beer is quite hazy light yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high frothy white head that has very good retention properties and hardly died down.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberry are present in the nose along with notes of herbal hops - basil stands out in particular.
T: The taste has flavors of white wine along with notes of lime and basil along with hints of basil.
M: It feels medium-bodied, clean and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a well hopped pilsner and showcases a lot of unique aromas and flavors in the smell and taste.
