Black color. Medium-sized, beige head. Cinnamon, coconut, and chocolate are in the aroma. Light, malty sweetness in taste, followed by moderate bitterness.

Pours a mostly black, viscous and opaque, with notes of mahogany. A large billowing dark tan/mocha head soon dissipates and yields a ring.
The nose opens with notes of toffee, coconut and snickers bar. Aromas of nutty and roasty malt, dark chocolate and espresso; a pleasant sweetness throughout.
Opens with a nice nutty malt base, lightly roasty and bright with notes of espresso, lemon, dark chocolate and woodsy hops. It gets sweeter as the complexity of flavors settle in, with notes of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, milk chocolate, nougat and coconut.
Full bodied with a smooth finish. The mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, viscous and thick. The carbonation opens moderate and becomes gentle as it settles in.
A good variation of Gun Hill’s Void of Light series. Very tasty and easy to drink. I would have again.
