A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy reddish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of guava are present in the nose. The coconut is initially less apparent, but becomes on par with the guava as the beer begins to warm up a tad.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a nice balance between the flavors of coconut and guava. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is packed with lots of tropical aromas and flavors, making it a nice selection for a hot summer in the Bronx.
