500ml bottle at Cha Cha Cha in Chamonix. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grasses, roasted malt and toffee. Sweet malty taste with caramel and a earthy bitterness.

500 ml bottle, from KWM Wines & Spirits. ABV is 7%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of grain, dust and Cascade hops. The flavour is better, here the Cascade hops come up front, with the expected citric notes, on a sufficient malt base. Medium bitter finish. Pleasant to drink.

500ml bottle from Dolan Centra, Enniskillen (£2.00):
Really nice stuff from Whitewater & easily one of their best, this one buck the recent trend from them & is a very enjoyable beer that kicks off with a pleasant sweetness from the caramel & sweet malts followed by some nice citrus hops & subtle tropical fruits. It was a balanced & easy-to-drink beer with a fresh feel & good carbonation levels, definitely one of theirs that I'll pick up again when I'm back in Ireland.
