On cask at a local bar
Pours with a light amber body, very clear, no sediment, fairly good foamy head, fair retention
Smell, hints of bananas and other esters
Taste, dry and slightly fruity, some hints of yeast but very slight, citrusy
This beer is made with corriander and 'citrus' but its not a wit as far as i can tell, i had to make that decision to add it simply as a pale ale which i'm 99% sure it is, still, pretty damn good session beer
