This chili ale is made with drum roasted pueblo chili peppers from a family owned Colorado farm. With a rich, unmatched flavor, this beer possesses a full-bodied, smooth finish.

Chili beers are not my favorite, so my scores are probably a little lower than they should be. I know this is one of their most popular beers with locals.

On draught at Yellowstone Garage.

Pours a mostly clear medium gold, small and short lasting head of foam.

Smells of grainy malt and of the peppers. I like the smell.

Sweet malt up front, the chilies creep up on you. Not very noticeable at first...by the time you finish your sip, there they are. Hella good heat punch.

Medium body with light carbonation.

Nice time of the year for a beer like this.
