Pours an efferscent amber with 3 fingers of ivory colored head. Good head retention & okay lacing
S: Tons of Blueberry in the nose
T: Blueberries, grassyness, & a little breadyness up front. More blueberry & dryness as this warms along with a little grassy & citrussy hops. Finishes dry, crisp with grassyness & blueberry
MF: Medium body, fairly crisp carbonation, alright balance
Drinks alright, but this is not a good idea at all

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This shocker pours a medium amber
with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring and thin layer with nice
light lacing. Nose of blueberries, honey sweet malts, subtle grain notes, and
a resinous hop note...interesting. Flavors follow yet exceed with balance and
character. Rich blueberry and light sweet honey roll over mild grain flavors
and a touch of wheat with light citrus notes of grapefruit and culminate in
a bitter resinous hop flavor. Excellent mouth feel, medium carbonation, lightly
crisp and refreshing with a sweet blueberry and bittering hops note.
Overall a true surprise that makes me glad to have another six pack plus
of it.
Don't knock it till you try it.
Cheers

Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from 12 oz. can into a Cigar City goblet.
A: Pours a mildly hazy light gold with some chill haze. About a finger's worth of white head forms with pretty good retention for a hoppy beer, though it settles into a foamy ring. Lots of visible carbonation initially, but dissipates quickly.
S: Light blueberry aroma that does come across as fairly natural. Light cracker malts. I don't get a lot of hops (or any), at least when it's cold...not sure this bodes well. Really, there's not much aroma at all, but the blueberry is the big fish in the small pond.
T: Blueberries (a mix of artificial or extract and natural flavors), citrus (oranges and grapefruit pith) hops. Mild resin and some flowery hops as well, with a cracker malt backbone. The blueberry flavor lasts well into the hang with a moderate hoppy bitterness.
M: Medium-bodied for an IPA. Good carbonation sensation, and the alcohol seems about average.
O: Look...it’s a little weird. It's hop-forward with a good punch of bitterness, and the blueberry sweetness balances this a bit. But it takes an effort to pull out much in the way of hop flavors. The blueberry flavors aren't completely overbearing, nor overly artificial (though there is an extract aspect). But, the blueberries really are the dominant flavor and aroma, overpowering any obvious hop flavors that would be there. Not my favorite beer, but way better than I expected, honestly. I wouldn’t go running back, but good (and different) enough to deserve a try.

One doesn't expect blueberry and hops to blend well. It was a bit palette shocking at first, after a few sips, it becomes interesting.
At the end of the can I found myself thinking I could drink this again for sure. Kudos.
L-what's there to say really? It is pale dark amber. Average head carbs.
S-Some blueberry notes. Flowery via the hops. Aroma is pleasant overall.
T-Skunked? No. Can't be. It's new. Wait for it. I get it now. It's a moderately hoppy beer with blueberry consuming a portion of fruitiness. Interesting.
M-Fills the entire palette. Crisp with a slight aftertaste.
O-one might achieve similar results by blending an IPA with a small portion of Seadog blueberry. That's what I get.
Positive experience.
