A Berliner Weisse with citrus, poblano & jalapeno peppers added.
Pale yellow with a chill haze, small white head drops fast & leaves no lace.
Smell is very faint and not really pleasant, more like the inside of a lightly worn sneaker.
Taste is vastly better. Citrus, mostly lemon & lime with a light touch of peppery spice. Not hot at all.
Light body, tart, effervescence is sharp up front. Good stuff, if you don't inhale.
