Tap pour at the brewery. Served chilled in a nonic glass.
Black colored body. Mellow, creamy tan colored head. Leaves behind partial wall of lacing.
Aroma is roasted malts, with chocolate.
Taste is slightly soapy, but expands with roasted chocolate malts. Floral hop touch.
Medium mouth feel. Smooth and creamy. Good carbonation.
Dry finish on this decent Irish stout.
