This sour style wheat beer is strawberry blonde in color, and pleasantly tart with notes of lemon, rhubarb, and grapefruit. Light and crisp on the palate, the fresh strawberries balance the acidity in the background, ending with a refreshing, dry finish.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a conical pint glass; no production information.
A: Pours a hazy, amber color with remarkably exuberant head formation, a foamy white head with excellent retention and some soapy lacing.
S: Tart with subtle strawberry scent among grassy and grainy aromas.
T: Dry and tart with strawberry flavor (but not sweetness) very evident. Light malt backbone and bitterness more in the background allowing the fruit flavor to come forward.
M: Light bodied with unusually strong, persistent carbonation.
O: This is the way a strawberry wheat ale should be constructed. Not my first in this style by any means, but definitely the best I have had.
