A complex Bavarian brew with a rich bronze color and a persistent creamy head. A robust malt profile makes up this medium-bodied winter lager with toasty caramel sweetness, low hop presence and a moderately dry finish.

A delicious smooth bock. Clear deep caramel color. Nice head and decent lacing.
Nice nose. Lots of caramel, toffee and toasted malt. Sweet and ready
Superb taste. Deep caramel malt. Low bitterness. Sweet notes of toffee and grainy breads.
Crisp carbonation, medium body, smooth swallow.
This is a new favorite. Easily sessioned and with no trace of the abv. Watch out!

The beer is a dark cherry amber color with a quickly disappearing beige head.
Aroma is malt-forward, with some fruit.
Taste of caramel and toffee, a bit of fruity tang.
Medium-bodied.

Just discovered this beer in the summer which is particularly unfortunate since it’s a winter and spring time brew. This is hands-down my favorite beer so I will be going back to the pub and only that pub until I drink down the keg. It’s Got a great combination of crisp and flavorful with an extremely welcome tangy note. I have been looking for a beer that is slightly tangy and not sour and also not a wheat beer and this is it. My one criticism is that it could’ve been slightly more complex and flavorful/substantial but I’m not arguing. Thank you Broken Bow - And please, please bring this beer back soon!!
