Served on tap at the Broken Bow Brewery in Tuckahoe, NY.
A: Pours a rich, black color with a one to two finger, tan head, excellent retention, and sticky lacing all the way down the side of the glass.
S: Very light aromas of dark chocolate, black coffee, and molasses notable.
T: Sweet. Flavors of dark chocolate >> cafe au lait, licorice, and molasses. Orange or cherry note. Very, very balanced bitterness.
M: Full bodied with solid carbonation. Very, very creamy and smooth.
O: An absolutely delicious, smooth, creamy American Imperial Stout. Smashing.
