A thick dense head that fades slowly and leaves lots of lace. A dusky golden amber with a touch of haze.
Nose is sweet with light pale malt and light dough. Big floral hops and a light citrus with a hint of juicy tropicals, a hint of pineapple
Taste is just top notch. Light malt breadiness and mild sweetness. This flows seamlessly into a sizable hop introduction that carries the malt forward while expressing more and more delicious bitterness that balances and enhances.
Feel is crisp and smooth. Carbonation is perfect. Velvety swallow that is refreshing to quaff and easy to session. supple and fluid in the mouth and over the tongue.
This is the best version of this beer yet. Delicious and drinkable, it grows on all the good things found in the original while extending the taste and drinkability. Just wonderful.
