Poured from 750 mL bottle into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a very clear light golden yellow with very active carbonation jets fueling a 2 inch frothy white head with excellent retention.
S: Light caramel malt, brown sugar, dry cracker, and a hint of butterscotch.
T: Light brown sugar, bitter malt, and super dry cracker.
M: Light body. Super bitter (off note?). Lightly sweet malt.
D: Hmmm, perhaps the high ABV is driving the bitter note? I’ll go back to my regular pilsner.

A Rare Beer Club offering. Pours a golden color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of sweet fruit. Taste is not sweet though. Taste is on the bitter side. Crisp and dry.

750 ml bottle from Rare Beer Club. Pours hazy golden with long lasting foamy white head. Aroma is of Noble hops and biscuit malt. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is of floral hops, bready malt and honey. Finish is long and very bitter. Great brew.
