Look: amber color thought it was unfiltered but just darker than most IPA’s
Smell: Caramel and malt
Taste: toasted caramel malt, and light piney hops, a tad soapy
Feel: smooth good in general but not what expect from IPA
Overall: to me this is a slightly hoppy amber not an IPA.

A typical and well-balanced IPA. Golden yellow in color; No special smell; Mediun Carbonization, and hoppy last for a min after taste. Yes, not many brewer in Hong Kong, you know, and this beer is a relatively good one.

Nice malt flavor on top of the hops. Rates a 4 just because Hong Kong is a beer wasteland and HK Beer Co is making some nice beers. They are the only micro brewery in this city of 7 million that I am aware of.

A: Dark Amber almost caramel but very clear with medium carb (3/3)
S: A little soapy with piney hops and metallic malt smell (7/12)
T: Strong piney flavor balanced by a lightly sweet but mostly bready malt (15/20)
M: Wet in the beginning but very dry on finish with some solid bubbles in the middle (5/5)
O: Pretty classic IPA not a hop monster but the malt profile really can't stand up to the hops anyway (6/10)
