Inspired by Electric Avenue, the beating heart of Brixton, our lively IPA is an assault on the senses - much like its namesake. This beer is all about the interplay between malt and hop - the perfect harmony of sweet and bitter. Electric is assertive but deftly balanced with a solid backbone that rolls into a lingering hoppy finish.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Cloudy golden colour, moderate white head. Strong hoppy aroma with some unfresh and stale notes, hints of solvent and chemical waste. The same stale and chemical notes in the otherwise massively hopped flavour. Disappointing.

Pours darker towards resin in color with a very white head. The nose lets you know you are drinking an IPA. The taste is slightly dank with the hops taking over then poof they are gone. Dry aftertaste with a white peppery finish. Good British attempt at an American IPA

From a 330ml bottle.
L: Light amber colour with a rich, orange core. Slightly hazy with a number of slow-moving streams of bubbles. Thin, white head leaves some lacing.
S: Lemon, lime, orange. Fresh & light nose.
T: Incredibly citrus. Very juicy. Moderate bitter finish. Very hoppy but balanced by a solid malt base.
F: Medium body with a dry, bitter finish. Dryness builds over time.
O: Very drinkable, 6.5% ABV, American-style IPA from South London. Juicy. Fruity. A glass of fun. My favourite Brixton Brewery beer to date.

Pours close to amber with a small head that leaves a ring. Nose is soft rounded fruit from the hops, but doesn't stand out really. Flavor is fuller, with a fairly big malt backbone, slight residual sweetness, and some of those same rounded fruit notes. Decidedly citrus on the finish. Overall, an okay beer.

straw slightly turbid, white thick head.

piny slightly floral hops

solid IPA, not over the top but solid. Can taste the hops but nothing amazing. Some bitterness but not too much and the maltiness balances it all out.

Mouthfeel (Feel) = 10%
creamy

Overall = 20%
nothing offensive, can taste the individual notes, nothing punches me in the face but very drinkable.
