Reviewed blind, thanks to Stupac2, poured into a snifter...

A: Pours a hazy apricot gold with basically no carbonation. There is zero head, and the only bubbles I get effervesce from the beer itself.

S: The nose is mild sour, grape skin, and some alcohol burn. It smells very wine like. Not a whole lot going on in here.

T: It starts off thin and a little sweet. But after a second, I get that grape skin note and white wine. It gets progressively sour as it moves from front to back, with apple skin and mild citrus taking shape. The finish is bitter and spicy with citrus, clove, and alcohol.

M: Light bodied beer. It's wet and thin to start, coats and puckers up in the middle. The finish is bitter and drying, with a slight alcohol burn in the back end.

O: Decent beer. I like that this is sort of a beer/whine hybrid, but it's not something I'd want to drink all the time. The grape and apple skin notes are quite enjoyable, but I wish there was a bit more spice in the finish.

A-

750ml into a tulip. Pours a nearly transparent orange copper, minor egg cream colored head subsided to a ring fairly quick, minor lacing.

Aroma is of sweet citrus, pineapple and apricot, minor spicing and a note of solvent alcohol.

Flavor is strong of the tropical fruits, mango and pineapple backed by an apple. A brief dry twang only. Zero bitter. Very pleasant aftertaste which tapers off steeply to a quiet echo of the fruits but then lingers at length. Pleased the alcohol is completely absent. Between thin and medium, creamy mouthfeel. Hits another level of delicious near room temp. Pairs well with mild food.

No lacing, no head to speak of... bright orange copper hue, slightly cloudy. Not bad but doesn't live up to some of the tripels we've seen.

The nose is gentle and pleasing but somehow forward ... not complex but pleasant. super ripe cantaloupe... even rotting maybe. Twinkie dough and sugar high as well. A unique take and we're impressed...excited to take a sip.

Even through the mouth from front to back. Sweet but not cloying, not "big" with alcohol which is nice...tastes of over ripe melon, orange / tang aftertaste. Again a unique taste with the strong citrus, but again we're impressed.

Mouthfeel is characterized with soft carbonation, very gentle on the tongue. Definitely not sticky or heavy.. fantastic.

Very enjoyable beer.
