Noticeable strawberry aroma.

On tap at the brewery. Super pale yellow. Aroma is mostly wheat beer and the flavor is too. If I wasn't told I would have had no idea there were strawberries in this beer.

this beers greatest strength is also its greatest weakness, and that is how minimal the strawberry is. i hate overly flavored beers, i want it to be beer first, and this is definitely that, but its so light that i was disappointed after ordering a strawberry beer precisely because it has strawberries in it. a real pale wheat beer, white wheat, barely yellow in color with a fine head. the nose is a little fruity sweetness, but its generic, not authentic strawberry, it could be any red berry. the flavor is like that too at first, but then the sweetness comes in and its definitely strawberry, but its way in the back, if i want told, i might now know kind of in the back, i mean way back there. the wheat beer is a nice base, and i suspect we will probably see them tinker with this one and a number of other fruits in it, as the platform seems solid. good carbonation but overall i need more strawberry to really let this pass as a fruit beer. good, not great, kind of the theme from declaration so far.
