Bright yellow golden color with as much thick mushroom head as possible with eternal retention and leaving strong laces.
Nice aroma with notes of passion fruit, mango biche, lychees, some Bretta and pineapple.
Hoppy flavor mixing citric, tropical and mild funky notes. Hints of lemongrass, pineapple, passion fruit, lychees, lemon, mango biche, some spices and white grapes. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Forty IBUs proved to be an adequate dosage in this recipe and appropriate to an American Wheat.
Deceivingly medium body given its effervescent carbonation.
Bruno, well done. This was creative, enough bold and refreshing. I loved its tropical and citrusy hoppy notes; the funkiness didn’t overshadow the beer, it just helped to fill the blanks. A selfish advice to you, forget medicine, save lives of our hopheads.
