Serving: 33 cL bottle poured into a tasting glass at the brewery.
Appearance: Hazy copper gold with a lush, lively head of white foam with good lacing.
Smell: Plenty of grain and fruit. A mix of husk and cereal, ale yeast fruitiness and spice as well as some fuller fruit from the added dates.
Taste: Grainy malt body with some fruit notes, spice and easy bitterness. Finishes quite dry.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate and lively carbonation.
Overall: A refreshing and enjoyable ale with some interesting fruit and spice notes and crisp bitterness.
