On tap at Les Trois 8, Paris, December 2014:
This is the best French beer that I have had to date. It had a moderately sour taste, with a nice a nice light sour and somewhat floral aroma. The feel of the beer was light, it was smooth and so very easy to drink, with a nice dry finish. Truly outstanding.
